Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products purchased directly from our official website. Due to the nature of electronic vaporization products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used or containing residue.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, sealed packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Help Center to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your device with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it to our processing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to confirm it is unused, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
